Order Validity
Orders for which payment has not been received within 3 working days of dispatch of the order confirmation will be automatically cancelled.
Fresh flower items are made to order and will be delivered according to your preferred delivery date 5 days or more after purchase confirmation.
Unique handcrafted dry flower items will be delivered according to your preferred delivery date 2 days or more after purchase confirmation
Payments
Payments are accepted by credit card.
Payment deadlines vary according to the credit card company. Payment by instalment is not accepted.
Corporate clients may alternatively settle payments via invoice, in which case payments are due within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
Refunds and Exchanges
As orders involve fresh flowers, we regret that we cannot make refunds or exchanges. However should your flowers arrive in a damaged state, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will endeavour to replace them with a comparable product. If the damaged flowers, further to discussion, are to be returned, any return delivery charges will be covered by Curiosity.
In the event that the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will contact you to discuss alternatives, however we can only retain the flowers for 48 hours in view of the need to preserve freshness. We cannot make refunds for any such non-deliverable flowers.
Personal Information
Any personal information provided by our clients will be held in the strictest confidence and will be used solely for purposes directly related to our flower design lessons or gift orders. Clients that have registered with us will receive lesson and product updates via email. Personal information will not be provided to third parties except in the following cases:
Where the client has given prior agreement;
To our business partners (for example payment providers) where necessary to perform the outsourced task;
Where required by local laws.
