Floral Gift Deliveries, Refunds & Exchanges
All fresh flower products are made to order and will be delivered according to your preferred delivery date 5 or more days after purchase confirmation. Where no preferred date is indicated, products will delivered on the earliest possible date.
Unique handcrafted products will be delivered according to your preferred delivery date 2 or more days after purchase confirmation. Where no preferred date is indicated, products will delivered on the earliest possible date.
Curiosity Cocktail subscriptions are delivered on either the first or third weekend of the month.
You may select a preferred delivery time zone from the following: morning, 2-4pm, 4-6pm, 6-8pm, 7-9pm.
Given the nature of floral gifts, it is not possible to include multiple items in a single delivery package. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery Partner and Regions
All deliveries are made via Yamato Transport Co. Ltd.
In order to preserve the freshness of our floral products, deliveries are limited to areas reachable within one day.i.e.within Japan with the exception of Hokkaido, Kyushu and outlying islands.
Where the destination is a cold region with a high chance of sub-zero temperatures, we may not be able to process your order. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery charges exclude tax and vary by destination as noted below. Details will be included in the order confirmation screen and email.
Northern Tohoku, Kansai: ¥1500
Southern Tohoku, Kanto, Shin-Etsu, Hokuriku, Chubu: ¥1400
Chubu, Shikoku: ¥1600
Wrapping & Message Cards
Products are wrapped in wax paper or similar to protect them during transport. Please remove any wrapping materials before displaying the product.
Where the product is purchased as a gift, message cards can be included free of charge. Please include any required message in the comments section when ordering. Please note that some emoji characters are not printable.
Where the product is purchased as a gift, a photo of the delivered items will be sent to the client via email.
Refunds & Exchanges
As orders involve fresh flowers, we regret that we cannot make refunds or exchanges. However should your flowers arrive in a damaged state, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will endeavour to replace them with a comparable product. If the damaged flowers, further to discussion, are to be returned, any return delivery charges will be covered by Curiosity.
In the event that the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will contact you to discuss alternatives, however we can only retain the flowers for 48 hours in view of the need to preserve freshness. We cannot make refunds for any such non-deliverable flowers.
